Buildify PM was engineered in Australia, where the compliance bar for builders is among the highest anywhere: variations, tax-inclusive claiming, SWMS law, construction induction cards. The core platform is region-neutral; each market gets a proper compliance pack rather than a find-and-replace.
Never. However many clients, trades and suppliers you invite, they cost you nothing, and your own team is unlimited on every plan. The client portal is on every plan; the subcontractor portal is part of Business. The platform works because everyone is on it.
Only if you allow it. Permissions are role-based and enforced on every request: a PM can prepare claims but not certify them, trades never see each other's bids, and clients see only what you release. Every denial is logged.
You open the Safety page: method statements with crew sign-on records, induction acknowledgments, live and historical site attendance, credentials and insurance with expiry status, and the incident register with investigations and corrective actions. Timestamped, complete, exportable.
